Jody L. Chapin
Jody supports RMS, Inc., Chapin & Russell Associates, and the Neurotherapy Institute of Central Illinois across a wide range of administrative and client-facing functions, including insurance benefit verification, daily client billing reconciliations, and data entry and management. She also leads the organization’s social media presence and online recruiting efforts, with a sharp focus on building efficient and reliable administrative processes.
Billing Specialist
Carmen Harms
Carmen has been a valued member of Chapin & Russell Associates for nine years. As Billing Specialist, she reviews aging reports, follows up on outstanding balances, investigates denied or delayed insurance claims, and works directly with insurance companies to resolve billing concerns.
Before joining the practice, Carmen completed a 30-year career in information technology and retired from Caterpillar in 2015. Her experience in technology, problem-solving, and detailed administrative work supports her role in helping clients and the practice address billing and insurance matters.
Outside of work, Carmen enjoys spending time with her ten grandchildren and two cats. She also enjoys games, puzzles, and choral singing.
Filing Clerk
Tiffany Meschnark-Middlemas, BS
Tiffany has served as a part-time Filing Clerk at Chapin & Russell Associates since 2021. She helps support the organization and maintenance of practice records and contributes to the day-to-day work of the support team.
Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Services from Bradley University, with a primary focus on psychology and sociology. Before joining Chapin & Russell Associates, she worked in the criminal justice and social service fields. Her education and professional background bring a helpful understanding of the people and communities served by the practice.
